Hibagee Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide to Membership and Use

To register with hibagee, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You are required to provide your real name, date of birth, correct address, and a valid email address and phone number
• Each individual may only register one account
• Using false or third-party information to create an account is strictly prohibited
• Your account must not be shared with or used by anyone else

If any information provided at registration is later found to be inaccurate, hibagee reserves the right to suspend or close that account. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure.

If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact hibagee support immediately.

Hibagee is committed to responsible gaming and ensures that only adults can access the platform. The KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process includes:

• Identity document: National ID (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate
• Proof of address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document (within the last 3 months)

In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds displayed when placing a bet may differ from those shown at confirmation. In such cases, you will be given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hibagee:

• Creating or operating an account using someone else's identity
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers
• Betting or playing games using bots or automated software
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Fraudulent or deceptive behaviour toward other members
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to hibagee's systems
• Deliberately exploiting odds errors (arbitrage betting)
• Disrespectful behavior toward platform staff

Hibagee may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of the terms and conditions is found
• If discrepancies are found during KYC verification
• If suspicious transactions or betting patterns are detected
• At the member's request (self-exclusion)
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)

Before closing an account, hibagee will generally notify you by email and explain the reason. Valid balances are typically refunded, except in cases where the terms and conditions have been violated.
